My first order with Puckator was very straightforward. Their website is very easy to use and if you do have a query there is a very pleasant and helpful person at the end of a phone not just a machine. Delivery was quick and within the time stated. My surprise was when i opened the items, as they were nicer than i expected, unfortunately one item was damaged but that was no problem. A quick phone call and it was sorted. All in all a good experience and i will be buying with them again.
