Always good communication and helpful, but a couple of small points when i first started to purchase items i was sent a text and email to let me know when my items arrived that has failed to happen several times now and i think your quality control needs higher standards this would save you money on having to pay for items being returned. I have used Puckator a lot and will again but just thought i would point the above out. Thanks
