I went in your hull store today, I was greeted by a love lady called wendy. I felt really relaxed, walk around, and Wendy said if I needed any help, don't hesitate to ask. I was pleasantly surprised by wendy's knowledge of all her stock, and how helpful she is. I was interested in buying a doll, and Wendy discussed everything with me, she is such a lovely lady to chat with, and was extremely eager, to help me with everything to do with my doll, which clothing would suit my doll, etc. I really loved shopping in the store and will be a regular customer, buying new outfits etc, for my doll. Wendy went above and beyond to help me with everything I purchased. She is such a lovely friendly lady, I can't wait to have more money, so I can go back to the store, to get more help from a fantastic member of staff 😊 Thankyou from the bottom of my heart wendy 😊
