One of the best overall brokers out there. Keep in mind there is no perfect broker, but PU Prime offers everything a trader needs and there is always someone to reach out to, whether it be support or a manager. Response times could be faster, but it is better than having no one or having someone who isn't genuinely trying to assist you. A lot of the negative reviews seem to be from people who either don't understand how the market works (slippage, high impact news trading, etc.), how online transactions work (banks, payment processors, etc.), or are trying to do shady things and are upset that the broker has stopped them.
