I chose PC because mum didn’t like things to be to fussy, she also thought funeral costs could be stupidly high and a waste of money. She wanted us to celebrate her life later when we were in a less emotional place, I was overwhelmed with lots of affairs to sort out, PC was the easiest of all, they were empathetic professional kind and just fantastic, they talked me through all the options and it was straight forward you speak to your dedicated nominated person, who keeps you informed on the steps you chose, mums ashes were returned to me at a place and time I chose with a beautiful picture of the sea side on her favourite place, I would recommend them over and over as the whole experience was just right for us, we will have a get together and celebrate mum our way, mum would have approved as dealing with people now is hard in this internet age, thank you for being real people at i time when it was most needed.
