We contacted Pure after my Father-in-Law passed away during the night. We didn't have anything in place but I called Pure at 4.30 am, as his nursing home required the name of the funeral director that we would be using. The lady I spoke to was so helpful, there was no waiting in a queue and no instant payment was required. They arranged to collect my Father-in-Law later that same day. I received a few calls between his collection, the cremation and the return of his ashes and everyone I spoke to was very polite and sympathetic. Pure Cremation worked out best for us and we had absolutely no issues along the way. I would recommend them to anyone who would prefer a fuss-free cremation, it doesn't have to be pre-planned as I'd initially thought.
