Fantastic service from start to finish. Tracy and Stephanie were brilliant keeping me updated , explaining steps, were kind thoughtful and compassionate. We collected my dads ashes personally and again the process was smooth dealt with compassion , fully explained everything but also gave us time as we were still grieving. Highly recommend this service and company without a doubt . Having the casket wrapped was a lovely idea too
