My father hadn't pre-paid with Pure Cremations so I used the online contact number. From start to finish the customer service team were brilliant. They showed compassion and guided me through the process every step of the way. I was assigned a dedicated member of the team, Rebecca, who was in regular contact both by phone and email to keep me up to date, advising when things had been completed and next steps. The delivery of my fathers ashes was in line with what I'd been advised by Rebecca and on a date of my choosing; I received a call from Ryan who was delivering them to confirm a one hour time slot and he arrived during that time. He also took time to ask me how I was and asked me if I needed any support. I have nothing but praise for the company who were sensitive and compassionate at what has been a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend for anyone who doesn't want the full funeral experience.
