I had a great experience dealing with Pure Vitality. There was originally a mix up with my order and I got sent the wrong thing.
I called and the owner was so kind and apologetic. She told me to keep the incorrect product and that she would send me out the correct one. I only ordered two bottles and she sent me 3 to make up for the inconvenience. A beautiful manner and lovely to deal with. I received the correct order the very next day.
