I am a woman in my 70's and have been using the advanced joint support for at least two years now. I recently ran out and was not in a position to order more. Wow! The difference to my body was dramatic. The same body that felt no after effects from racing in a triathlon (yes, I still compete), climbing in the hills or digging in the garden suddenly ached all over.
