I have only just started using so can't rate the product.the purchase and delivery was very easy, no problems. Getting the cream to come out of the tube was difficult, I remove the screw lid, them removed the silver protection, but nothing came out no matter how much I squeezed. I endup using a sharp object to make a hole.then returned the screw cap and after a couple of good squeezes success. This could be a problem if you have limited hand use or no how. Thanks for the speedy delivery.i look forward to using the product.
