The products and service are great, although I have been buying the high-factor skin remedy cream for years so the change in it is a bit frustrating -- I do like the new version, but because it has been "diluted", I now need to buy an additional product (the stronger peony & calendula one). It would have been great if the original could've stayed the high factor remedy cream and the new version could've been labelled an 'everyday moisturiser' or something.
