I get dermatitis on my hands. Pure Peony cream is the only thing that helps. I've tried A LOT of other creams including steroids. This stuff is so soothing, even on open blisters. As long as I keep applying when my skin is dry, it prevents blisters and rash from reoccurring. Highly recommended.
