PureSleep has been a lifesaver- meaning my wife doesn't try to suffocate me in my sleep anymore. The only complaint has been the last two I have purchased I have not been able to form them correctly for fit. I am not sure if the plastic has changed or just bad luck but the one I have now does not properly stop my snore.
