Purchased this because I had a similar product in the past that I found helpful with reducing loud snoring. I recorded my sleep not using the mouthpiece and then using the mouthpiece, and it’s a positivedifference significant weight. I’ve purchased an app on my phone and I record nightly and I’m using that amongst other minor remedies this is a very good product in about 20 days of use.
