The device seems to work according to my wife who has to listen to me snore. The fitting process is important, although simple to follow I guess I needed to make sure and uniformly bite down with the front and back of your teeth. Don’t just focus on the front teeth (although the front are the most critical) you want to make sure the rear teeth have sufficient pressure to properly fit the device.
