I've been using PureSleep for about 5-6 years. I just ordered my 3rd set. It helps to reduce my snoring effectively. How ever, It's uncomfortable to the teeth. They hurt during the night and for a while in the morning. I hope it doesn't do any harm to my teeth. On the upper side, due to the fact that I push my jaws backward, during the first adustment, the fron side doesn't have any slicon and my upper theen somtimes get out and then I start snoring.
