The product is quality made. I found the instructions easy to read and follow. It took very little time to set the fit. I have used Puresleep for many years and found it not only lessened the amount of snoring I do each night giving me a better night's sleep. I would recommend this product to anyone that snores and doesn't have sleep apnea.
