The PureSleep appliance is comfortable while stopping my snoring and teeth grinding. I have replaced it several times when it wears out. For many years, my dentist fitted me with something that was functionally the same with hinge links. These also had limited life and were very expensive. I also have tried other over-the-counter products. I prefer Puresleep.
