I like the Pure Sleep device over the other devices Ive tried because its not irritating to my gums, it doesnt cup saliva like other devices; causing drooling and its much easier to clean. I would like to see the trays extended and slightly widened, but other than that, its highly effective and reasonably priced; especially compared to a cpap machine like I used before.
