So far so good! Snoring reduced. Spouse is sleeping better! I am a teeth grinder, so this helps protect as well, although I might need to loosen it up a little more so it is not so tight on my gums. My only nitpick is that when shaped, the device does not quite fit in the case. The case needs to be a bit bigger.
