Have used about 1 week - due to the small size fitting was not good on first try but I was able to reheat on the second day of use and it is doing better now. I found the PureSleep to be a little on the small side during fitting - wish it was a little wider and deeper. My wife reports snoring has reduced in volume and frequency over the past week of use.
