I tried to email customer service but the email provided came back undeliverable. The hard outside plastic on this device rubbed the inside of my lips raw. The soft part of the guard is fine and comfortable but if your lips are bleeding it isn't doing the job. I'd like a refund but I can't get in touch with the company. Buyer beware!
