I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and prescribed a C-PAP machine over 10 years ago. I couldn't get used to it and gave up. My wife suffered with my loud snoring, and my cessation of breathing occasionally for up to a half minute would wake me up as well as scare my wife. For the last four years I've been wearing the PureSleep device every night. What a difference. Everybody's happy and getting a full nights sleep. I even wear it when taking a nap.
