After taking a sleep test that revealed severe sleep apnia I ordered a Pure Sleep kit and fitted it as directed and used it for one week. on the second week one of the hinged parts broke and I am unable to keep it located in my mouth at night. Perhaps I did something wrong in the heating process. I feel that the device enabled a sounder sleep with perhaps less snoring.
Overall i believe the device works but would appreciate your sending me a no cost replacement. Thank you.
