Ok, I was skeptical but hopeful. This thing works instantly. The first night with it in, I did not snore. Keep in mind the first few nights the teeth hurt a little and the jaw muscles did not feel comfortable. In the morning the jaw feels weird but that goes away after about a half hour or so. A week later, I sleep great, my jaw feels good. Teeth don’t hurt any more. I sleep great.
