After reading all the reviews of other products, some cheaper, some WAY more expensive, I tried PureSleep as my first choice. I was not disappointed. PureSleep worked the very first night and my snoring has virtually disappeared! The slight getting used to the appliance in my mouth each night is nothing compared to having a happy spouse who can now also get a good night's sleep! Thanks for a great product. Highly recommend.
