This thing is great! I snore, AND my jaw can get out of alignment temporarily in the morning. Using PureSleep has remedied both of those issues. I've been using one for years. The only less than ideal thing is "making" it. A time or two, I've bitten down wrong after heating it up, and it never was quite right despite trying to re-do it, so I had to get another one and start over. However, that's probably more due to the old "operator error" than anything to do with the device. And I highly recommend it!
