Purchased my 6 PureSleep, I like to replace every 6 months. Have really helped my snoring. Pay close attention to directions on last step after boil and push lower jaw forward and you will have a very comfortable fit. I really can not sleep deeply without the devise in. Kinda like a good pillow, you need to fall into a deep sleep.
