I received the order but when I went and read the instructions and saw that my teeth may move somehow, I ended up returning it without even opening up the item. I emailed them and I returned it right away with no problem. They leave a return label in the box when you get it so it was very easy to return. They credited my money back to my credit card. I cannot give it a review since I didn’t use it but I can see that it is a reputable company that if you are not satisfied, they will refund your money.
