Pure sleep works pretty well, but I've already gone through 2 of them because the bottom impression always stops adhering to my teeth after about 3-4 weeks. Once this happens the appliance no longer stays snug in my mouth. So pretty much useless. I wish there was a way to make the teeth mold stronger.
