I'd love this thing if I didn't suffer from TMJ issues. I missed that mentioned before ordering so be aware. It does work! I just can't wear it anymore after only a week, it made my jaw hurt so much that I just can't go on with it. A week's worth of peaceful slumber was fabulous!
