The device totally works. My wife noticed a difference on night 1. It is somewhat uncomfortable though and leaves my teeth hurting in the mornings. The mouth piece is a “one size fits all” and it is too small for me. I can’t leave it in all night due to pain and my dentist is worried it may be shifting my teeth.
