Hey I got to be honest I think it works for me it's not a complete solution I've been to the doctor I've done the sleep test and I've been diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea I know it's a problem they wanted to put me on the CPAP I tried it for 30 days it's just impossible I tried this as an alternative actually got my first one from my son-in-law as a Christmas gift cuz they know I snore I tried it I believe that it works to some extent and I sleep better may not be perfect but it was definitely some help
