The PureSleep device is kind of uncomfortable, but it has decreased my snoring loudness, per my husband. It's been two weeks now and I'm slowly getting used to the device in my mouth. The soreness of my jaw is nowhere near as present as when I first started it. Overall, it was a good purchase because my husband and I are able to stay in the same bed again and nobody has to go sleep on the couch so that the other person can get a good night's rest.
