Really enjoy the product but customer service has not been great. My last purchase has a fit issue, this is my third device and the other two have been great. I contacted the help department and was instructed to send my device back and await a new device in 2-3 weeks. How about ship a new device, with a return label for the defective one? Just frustrating.
