Mouth piece was easy to assemble. Fitting instructions were good. Worked as it should. Hard to tell if your bite is straight and jaw held forward enough to do its job. I molded mine crooked and the excess plastic on the one side was uncomfortable. Trimming with scissors was almost impossible and useless. Had to use a razor knife. Left jagged edges that are about as bad. It does help with sleep.
