I have been using Pure Sleep for over a decade and it is great. No, it doesn’t completely eliminate all snoring - I still have to sleep on my side and make sure I have a decent pillow (not a “stop snoring” pillow, just a decent pillow - the stop snoring pillows don’t work). However, Pure Sleep quiets most of my snoring and has brought peace to the bedroom. It’s a marriage saver! And, after all these years I have found it comfortable and have had no “side effects”. It works and works well.
