Ill start with the cons. Its not comfortable at all to sleep with a mouthpiece, but truthfully thats to be expected with any mouthpiece while sleeping. Other than that I rated this 4 stars because it actually works for me. My girlfriend and i can sleep in the same bed now with this device. She’s and extremely light sleeper, so any little snore will wake her. With this product she sleeps all night, and so do i. Oddly impressed!
