I've been using Puresleep for approx.5-10 years. The product does work but not 100% of the time, to be honest. There are some nights when either you are completely exhausted or have a stuffy nose or something else affecting your breathing and that is why it doesn't work 100%. But with that said, it is better than any alternative out there. I have tried z_Quiet & SnoreRX and those products do not work for my wife & I. We both use Puresleep & are satisfied with the use. BTW, they also help with teeth grinding which is great!
