The PureSleep retainer is very easy to prepare and works very well for me. I've used it now for a number of years and replace it about every 6 to 8 months. For daily care I soak the retainer in a 3 minute solution, rinse and store in the supplied container. I am very pleased with the product as it has greatly decreased my snoring problem. I highly recommend it to anyone with a snoring issue.
