Very good to prevent my husband’s snoring. Lasts fairly long. Hardest part is heating it so it doesn’t touch anything to melt it before it goes into his mouth to form the correct bite. It cannot be submerged in boiling water even after the boiling stops laying on top of a spatula. Have tried using gentle tongs for the two minutes it’s heating, but even that is not easy. Needs a small cage or holder that can be submerged.
