I have used pure sleep for a couple of years now… It seems like a large thing to say, but honestly, it changed my life… My snoring had become so bad that my throat would hurt my head would hurt every morning - Sleep was not good. These things are as simple to Melton mold as a junior, high football mouthguard and they are super super effective absolutely 100% worth the money.
