I used Pure Sleep a number of years ago and it was a great help to me. I use to snore so badly that I would wake myself up from the noise of it! Not to mention disturbing my husband's sleep. After losing a lot of weight due to a severe ilness, I no longer snored. But now, I have regained much of that weight and once again I'm disturbing my husband's sleep - not my own this time. So I ordered another PS device. I've been using it for two nights now. Sleeping well. Let's just say silence is golden: I don't snore and my husband doesn't complain about missing sleep because of me in the morning. Win! Win! Zzzzzz....
