After trying a few different devices, this one actually works! My fiance is so grateful he can sleep! It takes a little bit to get used to as it is a little bulky. It's pretty comfortable though, I have no issues falling or staying asleep. When forming it to your mouth it gets really soft so be gentle when biting down.
If I had to complain about anything, I wish it came in different sizes as I have a small mouth. However, I've been using this for a couple years now and am grateful to have found a solution that works.
