Pyrus (Lorraine in particular) were so nice to deal with, the dress I ordered and paid for was the out of stock which they e mailed me and then it by chance came back into stock which they sent to me. They could not have been nicer either when I decided to return it. I address the label on parcel incorrectly and it never reached them eventually turned up to me but they were so nice and sent me a free returns label. So nice. Will definitely order from them again. Good service!
