Pyrus came to me via a third party - when I ordered one of their tops from Anthro...(sh). I had to order a size larger than I would otherwise have done, but I explored the Pyrus website and discovered other design gems! There was one in what appeared to be a size smaller than I needed, so I made a phone call - although there was a delightful email exchange first! All was handled beautifully, with 5* plus communication and contact. And I simply love my tops. A great discovery!
