I recently received an order which was damaged.I immediately called QNLABS and explained the situation.
The person was very kind and helped me by saying a new order would be sent out to me asap.
I certainly appreciate this very prompt response .
I have ordered from QNLabs since 2006 and will continue to be their customer.
