The service was excellent, we rang their office and Ritchard came out the very next day to conduct a survey. What was particularly refreshing was that we were given honest advice and the result was that we were able to fix our damp issue ourselves as it did not need treatment. However Quadrant were happy to check out walls and did not put their business before what the customer needed. We will certainly be recommending them to others as they are very knowledgable and professional too.
