I got in touch with QIS after thinking I had nowhere else to turn, worrying about what was coming through the post or who would turn up at the door is no good way to live with a small child. I spoke to Darryl and he explained everything in depths to me an gave me hope that I can change things and be debt free in the future, he kept in contact with me over the whole process and couldn't of been anymore helpful.
